Our recipes date back to 1917. Our fruitcake is a light cake with 67% fruit and nuts. We use large cherries, succulent pineapple, regular and golden raisins along with pecans and walnuts. The only liquid in our fruitcake is bourbon, rum and brandy. In addition to our out of this world flavor, we promise to maintain quality and care in our products.
