At Grandma’s Bake Shoppe, we do not accept returns due to compliance policies and food safety regulations.
We guarantee the quality of every item we bake. If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us
immediately by phone, mail, or email. Be sure to include:
- The purchaser’s full name
- The reference/order number from the packing slip
Product Quality and Taste
We stand behind the taste and quality of our products, However:
- If you do not care for the taste of your
purchase, we will exchange it for another item of equal value. Refunds will not be issued - Fruitcake: Crumbling is not a sign of dryness nor the quality of the cake. If you experience crumbling, refrigerate the product for at least 24 hours before slicing, and use a straight-edge knife, slicing straight down. Do not saw-cut your cakes.
Purchases from Third-Party Resellers
- If you purchased our product from a reseller, you must contact them directly for any issues.
Delivery Issues & Address Responsibility
- Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays or issues. If a delivery issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the issue is due to the carrier, provide us with the claim number and communication details so we can follow up.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot provide refunds or replacements if a product does not arrive in time for an expected birthday, holiday, or special event. Please place your order well in advance to allow for possible shipping delays. Carriers provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed unless you choose a specific 2-day or overnight shipping option.
- For multiple gift orders using our multi-ship feature:
- You may receive a confirmation for the master order and a related canceled order due to our system creating individual orders for each shipping address.
- This does not mean your order has been canceled. You will receive individual confirmations via email for each order.
- If you do not use email, you may call us 3 days after placing your order to request tracking information and confirmation.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
Our website may autofill addresses based on your browser settings, but it is your responsibility to verify accuracy. - If the wrong address is provided,
we cannot issue a refund or reship the order. - We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order is placed. If an address is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Within 15 minutes we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to reorder with the correct information. However, once the order is delivered to the warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.

All concerns must be reported within 30 days of purchase
when ordering directly from Beatrice Bakery.
